1. Choose the Application Type :
To begin:
Click on the gear icon and select mobile.
Note : By default, Web is selected so you need to make sure that you select mobile otherwise it's going to build a website.
This'll make it so that famous.ai uses the correct configuration needed for building a mobile application.
2. Entering your first prompt :
After you select mobile in the application type, it's time to enter your initial prompt to build up your application.
Example : Create a mobile task manager app with user authentication and a home screen that shows a list of tasks.
It'll go through the necessary steps to build your application.
Once built, you can either preview it right there in the sandbox environment or preview it on your mobile using Expo Go.
To preview the app on your mobile device, you'll need to :
Install Expo Go on your mobile by going to App Store on Apple and Play Store on Android.
After you've installed Expo Go, click on the "Device" button in the header. It'll pop a modal displaying a QR code.
Open Expo Go on your mobile and scan that QR code. It'll then open your application on your mobile phone.
Note : This'll open it the application in a development environment just like the sandbox preview in the website. It is only so that you may see how it looks like on an actual mobile.
3. Publishing Your Application :
To publish your application, simply click on the publish button and a modal will pop up. The modal will thoroughly guide you through everything you need to do in order to publish your app. With famous.ai, all it takes is a single click to submit your android and ios app's to their specific stores.
